Recent research has found other uses for Hops. It has powerful analgesic properties, due in part to its inhibition of inflammatory prostaglandin (PG2), through upstream regulation of genetic expression of these inflammatory products. It may also produce its antiinflammatory actions by the presence of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) which inhibits the inflammatory arachadonic acid sequence. A hops extract containing mainly iso-alpha acids (e.g., isohumulone) is used in this formula to reduce inflammation and relieve pain. Provides natural, fast-acting, and long-lasting joint relief.
