Indications:
It
is rare for dogs to be fed a diet that has the optimal amounts of most
important nutrients for optimal body functions. This formula is intended
to provide a broad range of nutrients, in a palatable form, to meet these
needs. This formula provides valuable vitamins and minerals in known amounts
and in the most readily absorbed versions. In addition, carrot powder
has been added to provide micronutients, cofactor and enzyme complexes
that are not available in individual supplements.
Although
these whole food supplements do provide micronutrients, this formula emphasizes
individual supplements because the body needs specific levels of the various
vitamins and minerals found in this formula. Using only a vitamin and
mineral formula does not allow for the addition of these live foods. Providing
a supplement that has only whole foods does not assure that the essential
nutrients are present in a sufficient quantity.
This
supplement includes only the purest and most readily digested and absorbed
nutrients available today. For example, this formula is the only one on
the market that has the active form of vitamin B12 (adenosylcobalamine),
folic acid (folinic acid), B2 (pyridoxal 5' phosphate and B6 (riboflavin
5' phosphate).
