Delivery Time
When you place an order with Wellvet.com, we will usually fill and ship it within 1to 2 business day. All orders are shiped via US mail. Beacuse are mail carrier pick up times vary your order may go out the following day except Sundays. The following methods are; First class mail only available for packages under 14 ounces, Priority mail 1-3 days depending on location and Express mail 1-2 days depending on location.
Large Orders
Please be aware that large orders (orders containing more than 10 of any single item) may take longer to ship. These order may take up to 5 additional business days to process. If you have any questions about your order and shipping, please give us a call or send an email for further information.
Shipping Costs
Wellvet.com currently charges a flat fee of $3.00 for handling charges in addition to normal UPS shipping charges. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including shipping costs for returns. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
